♦  Congratulations to David Ackerman, named the “2012 Lawyer of the Year” for Commercial Litigation in 
    South Florida by Best Lawyers.

♦  All three name partners were named to The Best Lawyers in America list for 2012.  David Ackerman and Scott Link 
    were named for three areas of the law – Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation. 
    Wendy Link was named for Real Estate Law.  Scott and David have the distinction of a 10 year history on the 
    Best Lawyers list.

    Commission.  Wendy, a Palm Beach State College trustee since 2007 and Past Chair, was presented the award during the
