Wendy Sartory Link, the Managing Partner and a founding partner of Ackerman, Link & Sartory, concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, real estate and asset-based financing, title insurance, and general corporate matters.
Wendy has received the 'AV' rating from the Martindale‑Hubbell Law Directory. She is a member of the American Bar Association; United States District Court, Central District of California; and the California, Florida, Los Angeles and Palm Beach County Bars. She has been named one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida for real estate as designated by the South Florida Legal Guide in 2001, 2004 and again in 2005.
Wendy is committed to 'giving back' to the community. She has served on the board of directors of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, SunFest of Palm Beach County, the Criminal Justice Commission of Palm Beach County, the ARC, the Forum Club and The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County. She served as the Chair of the Professional Division for the 1999 and 2000 United Way Campaigns. She was the honorary chair for the American Lung Association's fundraiser, 'Food Is Art' to benefit kids with asthma and for Leadership Palm Beach County's Leadership Excellence Award.
Recognized on many occasions for both her legal talent and community leadership, Wendy was named the 2003 winner of the South Florida Sun‑Sentinel's Excalibur Award as Small Business Leader for Palm Beach County. Her pro bono legal services contributions to the Salvation Army for the development of their two new community centers were recognized with a Special Award from them. Wendy received the Up & Comers Award in the field of Law for Palm Beach and Broward Counties and was one of the 2000 March of Dimes 'Women of Distinction.' She was also named one of 'The 50 Most Influential Women in Palm Beach and Broward Counties' by Fast Track magazine. While practicing in Los Angeles, she received the Wiley M. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services for her work with incarcerated youthful offenders.
