Richard Brener practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation. Before joining Ackerman, Link & Sartory, he was an Attorney in Miami with White & Case and before that, with the firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. Prior to returning to Florida, he was an Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Before attending law school he worked as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.

Richard is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh and Ninth Circuits; the United States District Court, the Southern and Middle District of Florida; and is a member of the Florida and California Bars. Richard is admitted in all federal district courts in California.
